A wholesome joyful lifestyle is at the heart of everything I do. Your dream world, dream body, dream life should never deprive you from the things that bring you pleasure but should in fact. bring you more happiness and make you feel alive!

This is why as a Nutritional Therapist my goal is to focus not just on food but also on all the things that a healthy joyful lifestyle encompass, whilst also helping you enjoy nourishing and delicious food.

PERSONAL LIFE

Let me introduce myself. I am a mum and married to the most wonderful and supportive husband in the world.

I love travelling and have lived in 4 different countries across 2 continents. I am partial to Portugal as I grew up there by the beach, where sunshine is never scarce.

When I was 14, I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which was one of the most challenging times of mine and my family’s life. However, it is what kickstarted my passion for nutrition.

At the age of 18, I moved to the UK to study Linguistics at university. It was then that my passion for Nutrition really took flight; maybe it was the fact that I was living by myself and had to make decisions about what I was buying and cooking. I ended up reading book after book and came across the plant-based world. I can't even describe how much my life has changed since then, from being told I had to live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and that I wouldn't be able to have children to now.

I grew up in a household where everyone took turns cooking and we all helped each other so I've always been very passionate about it. Being able to share that passion for cooking from scratch and blend it with Nutrition is something I treasure deeply. Everyone should be given the opportunity to enjoy nourishing and nutritious meals, and everyone should feel and be empowered to make heathy choices that will make them thrive.

NUTRITION STUDIES

After finishing my university degree, I started studying Nutritional Therapy at CNM in Manchester. After my first year, I decided to put a pause on it whilst I enjoyed life as a new mum. I ended up taking more time off than I had planned and teaching online but my passion for Nutrition never left, so I did a course on Plant-Based Nutrition at Winchester University, where I truly learnt the meaning behind “Let food be thy medicine”.

After covid I decided to carry on my studies of Nutritional Therapy at The Hippocratic Institute, where I had the most wonderful mentor. I really can’t wait to share all I have learnt to help you be your best self!
